2. Promotion
Eligible customers who purchase and install a qualifying SunPower Gen 2 Battery during the Promotion Period may claim one £300 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. This is a promotional gift and not a prize draw or competition.
3. Promotion Period
Purchase Period: 1 October 2026 – 31 December 2026.
Installation and warranty registration must be completed by 31 March 2027.
Claims must be submitted by 31 March 2027.
4. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over purchasing a qualifying SunPower Gen 2 Battery installed at a residential property in the UK.
Excludes employees, distributors, installers, retailers and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
One reward per installation.
5. Qualifying Purchase
A new SunPower Gen 2 Battery, minimum 10kWh system, purchased from an authorised SunPower Partner in the UK, installed during the Promotion Period, with successful warranty registration.
Refurbished or second-hand products are excluded.
6. Reward
One £300 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
The reward is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced except where required by law or deemed necessary by the Promoter.

7. How to Claim
1. Purchase a qualifying battery.
2. Complete installation.
3. The installer registers the warranty.
4. The homeowner completes the warranty registration process.
5. Upload the required documentation before 31 March 2027.
8. Required Documentation
Proof of purchase (invoice), installation address, battery serial number, proof of warranty registration and claimant contact details.
9. Reward Delivery
Approved claims will receive the Amazon Gift Card by email within 30 days of successful claim validation.
10. Fraud Prevention
The Promoter reserves the right to verify claims, reject fraudulent or duplicate claims, cancel claims using false documentation and disqualify anyone attempting to manipulate the promotion.
11. Availability
If unforeseen circumstances prevent delivery of the stated reward, a reward of equal or greater value may be substituted where appropriate.
12. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed only to administer the promotion, validate claims, deliver rewards and comply with legal obligations, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under English law.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed claims or events beyond its reasonable control.
14. Changes to the Promotion
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms only where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and where participants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
